Every now and then when I've called my sister to express my utter disgust with something that I've learned from watching and/or reading the news, she refuses to discuss it. Instead, she tells me some funny story about my great nephew's (her grandson) attempt to master the art of feeding himself with a spoon. It makes me take time to breathe.

You say things I've thought of in ways I've never considered - I love being surprised by your delivery (YES,you are funny!).

We fell deeply into news overload catatonia following 9/11 and then as the markets began to fall and we've been driven crazy by the ignorance of the reporting. I'm definitely trying Student News.
